MIS0801B ballscrew--the 8mm Diameter Ball Screw, is part of the Internal Return Series and is widely used in industrial applications.

Mini Ball Screw Feature：

Measurement of Runout Tolerance for Ball Screws:

1. Position both ends of the ball screw on the V-blocks or center seats of a runout tester via the centers or center holes, ensuring the ball screw can rotate freely and the reference axis remains stable.

2. Adjust the dial indicator so that its probe touches the measured outer circular surface (such as the major diameter of the thread, journal, etc.) vertically, avoiding errors caused by the probe being skewed.

3. Rotate the ball screw slowly for one full revolution, record the maximum and minimum readings of the dial indicator, and the difference between the two is the radial circular runout.

4. If the dial indicator is moved along the axis direction of the ball screw to measure the radial runout of multiple cross-sections, the maximum value obtained is the total radial runout (reflecting the radial deviation of the entire cylindrical surface).
