MIF0802C is an 8mm Diameter Ball Screw with a 2mm lead. This miniature ball screw utilizes rolling friction, resulting in a slower temperature rise during operation and high transmission efficiency. About Ball Screw Support Bearings:

1. Ball screw support bearings can achieve high precision, which are classified into: ordinary C7 grade, ground C5 grade, and high-grade C3 grade. They are custom-made for screws of different precisions and can be matched with corresponding precision support bearings according to the ball screw precision.

2. Do not disassemble the support unit.

3. When inserting the screw shaft into the support unit, be careful not to flip the flange ball of the oil seal gasket.

 4. When pressing the cushion block with the hexagon socket set screw, to prevent loosening, apply adhesive to the hexagon socket set screw before tightening it.
