DFU3210-4——Hojama low-friction 32mm Diameter Rolled Ball Screw

This high-quality rolled ball screw features a rolled thread manufacturing process, which ensures excellent thread quality and dimensional stability. The rolled ball screw set is crafted from bearing steel or stainless steel which ensures the ball screw set not only high-rigidity but also wear-resistant. With an accuracy grade of C7, these high-rigidity Rolled Ball Screws meet high-precision requirements, ensuring smooth operation and reliable performance. These rolled ball screw and nut consist of a screw shaft, a ball nut, and steel balls. The combination of these components enables efficient power transmission and precise linear motion. The nut type is a flanged ball nut. The flange design provides additional support and stability, facilitating easier installation and ensuring better alignment during operation. This product is widely applicable in various industrial fields such as machinery manufacturing, automation equipment, and precision instruments.

Notes on installing ball screws' steel balls:

1. Do not lose any steel balls if they fall off. Even if you manage to install the nut onto the ball screw shaft, the service life of the linear ball screw will be significantly reduced if there are missing steel balls. (80% of the total number of steel balls is enough to ensure the normal positioning and operation of the high-precision ball screw.)

2. When installing internal circulation ball screws, be careful not to place the steel balls in the non-sliding groove between two circulators. This section of the groove is structurally sealed at both ends, with a length approximately equal to a quarter of the circulation channel. Putting steel balls here can easily damage the ball screw kit, cause poor circulation, and result in backlash and unsmooth operation.

3. When placing the steel balls into the spiral groove, note that not all circulation channels need to be filled. Follow the principle that one reverser corresponds to one circulation loop. If the nut has 4 reversers, there will be 4 circulation loops. After placing the steel balls in each circulation loop, leave a small space (about 3/4 of the diameter of a steel ball) to allow the steel balls to roll and circulate in the channel.

4. In internal circulation ball screws, each circulation channel corresponds to one reverser, and the channels are not connected but are independent. If steel balls are placed in the wrong place, they may get stuck, so pay attention during installation.

5. Ball screws are precision mechanical products. Generally speaking, if any abnormal phenomenon occurs, it is best to stop the machine immediately and send the ball screw to a professional maintenance unit for repair. Although it is possible to reinstall it by following certain methods, it is easy to damage the ball screw due to installation errors.
