What causes the linear guide to fail to slide or get stuck?

1. The guide rail surface is not cleaned thoroughly. During processing, some iron filings were found on the linear guide. If the slider is installed in this condition, it will generate significant noise and easily wear the internal steel balls. Therefore, the rail surface should be thoroughly cleaned before sliding the Linear Guide Rail slider on the rail.

2. Incorrect size of steel balls. If the sliding is not smooth or the noise is significant, the steel balls inside the slider can be disassembled, measured with a caliper, and then replaced with steel balls 3-5 microns smaller for installation.
