The HG Series Linear Guideways are suitable for industries including machining centers, CNC lathes, grinding machines, precision machining equipment, heavy-duty cutting machines, marble cutting machines, rubber, and so on.

(1) Self-aligning Capability

The HG series linear guide design features contact points at 45 degrees within the curved slot, allowing it to absorb most installation errors caused by surface irregularities. It provides smooth linear motion through the elastic deformation of the rolling elements and the movement of the contact points.

(2) Interchangeability

The size tolerance of the anti-friction linear motion guideways is maintained within a reasonable range due to precise size control. This means that any specific series of sliders can be used with any guide rail while maintaining dimensional tolerance. Additionally, a retainer is included to prevent the steel balls from falling out when the slider is removed from the guide rail.

(3) High Rigidity in Four Directions

With their four-row curved design, the Linear Guideways provide equal-rated loads in the radial, anti-radial, and lateral directions. The curved slots offer a larger contact width between the balls and the rail grooves, allowing for higher permissible loads and increased rigidity.
