1) Foreign objects or other debris entering the nut will block the steel ball track.
2) If the nut is tilted or eccentric during installation, it will cause abnormal load on the Ball Screw Drive system, resulting in unstable voltage when the motor is running. Damage to the ball screw system may also occur during transportation.
3) Slight improper operation of the ball screw transmission during operation may cause damage and depression of the return tube, preventing the balls from running normally, which in turn leads to peeling of the surface of the screw or nut ball groove.
4) Incorrect installation of the bearing is also a reason for the unsmooth operation of the stainless steel ball screw. Problems such as rough surfaces of the screw or nut ball grooves, uneven size or hardness of the steel balls, and incorrect assembly of the return tube can all cause obstacles during the operation of the groun ball screw.
