Advantages of linear Ball Splines:

1. High Load-carrying

The rolling grooves for the steel balls are precision-ground and feature a Gothic arch design with a 40° contact angle, allowing for significant load capacity in both radial and torque directions.

2. High Rigidity

The larger contact angle provides high rigidity and allows for appropriate preloading, resulting in increased torque stiffness and moment stiffness.

3. Zero Angular Clearance

Using a contact angle of 40° with relative 2 to 4 rows of steel balls, the linear motion spline shaft is combined with the outer cylinder. Additionally, adjusting the preload method allows for zero clearance in the rotational direction.

4. Mount-Simple on Design

Thanks to the special design of the linear ball spline set, the steel balls will not fall out even if the outer cylinder is removed from the spline shaft, making assembly, maintenance, and inspection very straightforward.
