Ground Precision Ball Screws are highly-precise mechanical transmission components, that play a crucial role in numerous advanced industrial applications. Their precision can be as high as ±0.003mm per 300mm, and the lead accuracy can reach ±0.008mm per 300mm. This grinding process, which is the key to ball screw high precision, can accurately control the pitch of the screw shaft, and the pitch error can be controlled within a minimal range. Moreover, the screw shaft has undergone special treatment, with its straightness reaching 0.005mm/m and its hardness as high as HRC58a-62 to withstand long-term loads and friction. High-quality steel balls have been strictly screened and processed, with the diameter tolerance controlled within ±0.002mm. They are uniform in size and have a smooth surface, effectively reducing friction during the rolling process and remaining stable during high-speed operation of up to 60m/min. Furthermore, the ball circulation system is ingeniously designed to ensure the continuous circulation of the steel balls throughout the entire motion process, further improving the transmission efficiency and precision. The transmission efficiency can be as high as 96%.
