MEF1205: 12mm Diameter Ball Screw
Ball screw assemblies consist of a screw and a nut, each with matching helical grooves. Balls roll between these grooves, creating unique contact between the nut and screw. When the screw or nut rotates, balls are directed by a deflector into the nut's ball return system, circulating through it to the opposite end of the nut. The balls then exit the return system and re-enter the screw and nut threads to complete the loop.
End-cap Type Return System: This system involves balls rolling along the grooves between the screw shaft and nut, passing through holes on the nut via paths installed on end cover backers at both ends.
