Product Description

Acme-threaded screws work based on the relative movement of the screw and nut. When the screw shaft spins due to an outside force, the nut, held in place by a guide, can't rotate with it. Instead, it moves in a straight line along the screw shaft. If the nut is fixed, the screw shaft can move linearly. This way, Acme-threaded screws can turn rotational motion into linear motion, which suits different machines' needs for motion changes.
