1. Component Integrity and Installation Specifications: It is strictly prohibited to disassemble the components of the ball spline privately. This behavior is highly likely to cause foreign objects to invade, thus affecting the assembly accuracy. Not only should special attention be paid to preventing the spline nut and spline shaft from slipping due to their gravity in an inclined state, but also avoid hitting the effective ball spline or dropping it to the ground to prevent damage. Straightness and perpendicularity must be ensured during the installation, and the occurrence of eccentric or oblique loads should be eliminated.

2. Lubrication Management: Before use, carefully wipe off the anti-rust oil on the surface of the linear ball spline and fill it with grease. Mixing greases with different properties is strictly prohibited. When used in special working conditions such as places with frequent vibrations, clean rooms, vacuum environments, low-temperature or high-temperature conditions, special grease should be used. If engine oil is used for lubrication, factors such as the installation position must be noted to ensure that the lubricating oil can reach the lubrication surface smoothly.

3. Foreign Object Protection: Every effort should be made to prevent foreign objects from entering the interior of the ball spline to avoid damage or performance degradation of the ball circulation components. Once foreign matters such as impurities and chips adhere, clean them with clean white kerosene and then refill the grease. When using grease for lubrication, avoid using it in a high-temperature environment exceeding 80°C. If there is a risk of coolant entering the spline nut, note that some coolants may hurt the product's performance.

4. Regular Maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of the ball spline and nut are required to ensure its stable performance and extend its service life. If it is necessary to use it under special conditions or there are special requirements, it is recommended to consult the manufacturer to obtain more detailed information and professional advice.

5. Load Control: The linear ball spline set should not be subjected to loads exceeding its rated torque and rated axial force, otherwise, component damage will occur. When designing the equipment, the bearing capacity of the ball spline should be fully considered, and its model and specifications should be reasonably selected.
