I. Structural Principles
The linear module, also known as the linear slide, is a highly integrated transmission platform. It is optimized and upgraded based on the linear guide. By integrating the slider and base of the linear guide, the structure of the high-performance linear module becomes more compact. The linear module can achieve the linear movement of the load through the combination of various units, making the load more flexible and the positioning accuracy more precise.
1) Timing Belt Modules
Composition: Belt, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch.
Working Principle: The belt is installed on the drive shafts on both sides of the CNC linear module. One of the shafts serves as the power input shaft. A slider for holding the equipment workpiece is fixed on the belt. When there is power input, the slider moves by driving the belt.
Composition: Ball screw, linear guide, aluminum alloy profile, ball screw pair, coupling, motor, photoelectric switch.
Working Principle: The ball screw linear module converts rotational motion into linear motion. Due to its small frictional resistance, the ball screw is widely used in various industrial equipment and precision instruments. It can achieve high-precision linear motion under high-load conditions.
Composition: Transmission system (including ball screw, synchronous belt, linear motor, etc.), guiding system (linear guide, linear bearing), support system (aluminum profile, end plate), control system (driver, controller, sensor).
Working Principle: Taking the ball screw transmission as an example, the motor drives the screw to rotate. The nut is restricted by the guiding system and moves linearly along the axis, and the balls circulate. The control system controls the motor through the driver and combines the feedback of the sensor to achieve high-precision control. The transmission principles of the timing belt and the linear motor are similar.
4) Gear Rack Modules
Composition: Gear, rack, linear guide, motor, coupling, slider, aluminum alloy profile, end cover, photoelectric switch.
Working Principle: The motor drives the gear to rotate. The gear meshes with the fixed rack and drives the slider to move along the linear guide. The movement of the slider is controlled by controlling the motor and the feedback of the photoelectric switch.
5) Linear Motor Modules
Composition: Linear motor (stator, rotor), linear guide, slider, worktable, control system, protective device.
Working Principle: When the stator is powered on, a magnetic field is generated. The rotor is driven by the electromagnetic force and drives the worktable to move along the guide. The sensor feeds back the position, and the controller adjusts through the driver to achieve precise control.
