MIA0401RL——4mm diameter Bi-directional Ball Screws

Our bi-directional ball screws are available for both right-hand and left-hand use, with a ball screw diameter of 4mm and 1mm lead. Each set comes with 2 ball screw nuts and its end machining can be customized. The precision grade is available in either C3 or C5.

These bi directional ball screws enable 2 ball nuts to move in opposite directions, either towards both ends or to the middle simultaneously. With an efficiency of about 90% in converting rotary motion to linear motion, they are highly efficient. By default, the left-handed and right-handed thread lengths are equal.

Featuring low friction, these ball screws with 2 nuts have a long service life, low operation noise, and no stick-slip effect. They heat up less, which reduces the required driving power. They have a small starting torque, making them suitable for high-speed and micro-feeding applications. Additionally, they offer high static and dynamic stiffness, ensuring high and accurate positioning.
