I. Overview

II. Structure and Advantages

The ball spline is composed of two main parts: a spline shaft equipped with raceway grooves and a spline nut. The spline nut itself comprises an outer cylinder (which serves as the main body), a retainer, side rings, and ball elements. This design and manufacturing approach aims to ensure reliable and smooth motion throughout its operation.

III. High Load Capacity and Long Life

The raceway grooves are precisely machined to have a radius nearly identical to that of the balls. This design feature leads to a significantly large contact area between the balls and the grooves, thereby endowing the ball splines with a strong load-bearing capacity. Consequently, they exhibit an extended service life, making them suitable for long-term and heavy-duty applications.

Spline Shaft Diameters: There is a wide selection of spline shaft diameters, ranging from a minimum of 6mm to a maximum of 50mm.

Nut Types: There are four distinct types of nuts available:

Cylindrical type (SLT/SLF)

Flange type (SOT/SOF)
