1. Lubrication

2) In the spline nuts with seal rings (which are divided into two types: UU-type seals at both ends and a seal at one end), high-quality No. 2 lithium soap-based grease is pre-filled.
3) In the case of high-speed operation or long-stroke use, after the trial run is completed, the same type of grease should be injected again into the lubrication hole of the spline nut before starting the mechanical equipment. After that, according to the actual usage situation, the same grease should be replenished when necessary. It should be noted that the replenishment time of the grease varies depending on the usage conditions. Under normal usage conditions, generally, the replenishment or replacement of the grease should be carried out based on the criterion that the running distance reaches 100 km (or within 6 months to 1 year).
2. Dust Prevention
1) Once dust and other foreign objects enter the linear ball spline, they will cause abnormal wear and thus shorten its service life. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent foreign objects from entering the spline outer cylinder. Thus, when there is an anticipation of the risk of dust and other foreign objects entering, it is necessary to select a sealing device or a dust-proof device that meets the usage environment conditions.
2)The high-precision ball spline provides a special synthetic rubber seal ring with strong wear resistance as a dust-proof accessory.
