Ⅰ. Storage of Linear Guides
When storing linear guides, apply anti-rust oil, seal them in the designated envelopes, and place them horizontally. Avoid environments with extreme temperatures and high humidity. The operating ambient temperature should not exceed 80°C, and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 100°C.
1) Be cautious as sliders and rails may fall due to their weight after being tilted.
2) Do not strike or drop the rails. Even if there is no visible damage on the surface, it may cause functional losses.
3) Do not disassemble the slider yourself, as it may allow foreign objects to enter or hurt the accuracy of the linear guideway assembly.
5) Apply some anti-rust oil on the rails.
6) To prevent the volatilization of grease, wrap a layer of film on the outside.
7) Do not stack the rails at the bottom. Place them on an object.
Ⅱ. Lubrication of Linear Motion Guides
1) Wipe off the anti-rust oil before injecting lubricating oil (grease) for use.
2) Do not mix lubricating oils (greases) of different properties.
3) When using lubricating oil for lubrication, the lubrication method will vary depending on different installation methods.
